Calcite on Fluorite (2007 find)

Item Description

Pretty sea-green, glassy, translucent, fluorite cubes are beautifully wrapped in a garland of lustrous, tiny, snow-white calcite rhombs and a single scalenohedron on this very aesthetic specimen from a 2007 find at the famous Yaogangxian Mine of China. The fluorites are in super shape and the periphery wear on one side of the calcite is noted, but is a modest detraction. Luscious and excellent combination material that displays well from several angles from this noted locale.
