Item Description
Rare for the locale, pretty straw-yellow calcite scalenohedrons are festooned on the glassy fluorapophyllites over basalt. Mineral specimens are uncommon and are seldom on the market from this well-known and extinct basalt quarry. Bright creamy-white fluorescence. Collected in 1965, according to the label. Excellent and rare combination material.
