These striking hedgehog-like, spiky aggregates of colorless dogtooth calcite crystals are very attractively perched on the lustrous, tan, nubby aggregates of dolomite rhombs with tiny quartz points covering the mounded quartz and sulfide matrix. Very aesthetic and showy combination material from the Boldut Mine. This unusual calcite style is classic, uncommon and characteristic of Cavnic. Faint pink calcite fluorescence.
