Item Description
A very exotic and sculptural large danburite combination from this less well-known mine at famous Charcas. Sparkly, water-clear, gem calcite scalenohedrons nearly totally envelop a trident-shaped spray of four danburite crystals (the back is totally covered with calcite). The very glassy danburites reach about 7.5 cm long. The blades are mostly translucent and colorless, but two crystals, on the right (4.8 cm) and the small crystal in the center, have the beautiful and highly desirable light pink gem terminations. Nearly pristine, for such crystal density, with only a few gently bruised areas. Excellent, probably older material from the James Zigras Mexico Collection. Value??
