Item Description

A very hard to find association specimen from the Lone Pine area in California (possibly from the Luella Mine {Abe Lincoln Mine}). The piece hosts slick / vitreous, colorless, gemmy Calcite growing over the top of vivid turquoise blue Chrysocolla on matrix. This is the ONLY specimen we've ever seen from this area, and the entry on mindat.org doesn't have a single specimen listed, so you know they are RARE!
