A striking 3.1 cm, upright, tabular, hexagonal frosted pokerchip calcite crystal dominates this classic and aesthetic combination. Amethyst with calcite specimens are one the desirable, signature accessory species from the famous and historic silver mines a Guanajuato. This very fine small cabinet combination plate is accented with smaller pokerchip calcite crystals nicely placed the on the glassy, translucent, blush-purple amethyst crystals. The major calcites are pristine on this high quality classic combination. Ex Tom Wolfe Calcite Collection and dates to the 1960s to 80s. The piece displays well from either side.
