Pagoda-like, stacked clusters of glassy, translucent, colorless, nailhead calcite rhombs form a sculptural and excellent two-sided specimen from this famous old Scottish locale. Calcites of this style are rare from here. Complete all-around and nearly pristine, with only a bit of gentle bruising, all on one side. Choice material from the Dennis Mullane Collection and comes with a 1950s-60s Burminco label. Faint pink fluorescence.
