Gem-like, very glassy colorless calcite rhombs, to 4.0 cm, cover the calcite matrix on this very showy and rich old-timer from famous Neudorf. Calcites of this quality and richness are very rare from this historic district. The old faded and frayed 7.3 cm paper label is certainly over 100 years old. Ex Herb Obodda dealer stock. Herb valued this fine old-timer at $400, more than five years ago. Pretty pink fluorescence.
