Beautiful, glassy, translucent, rich amber, stout, calcite rhombs look like spearpoints on this showy and excellent old-timer frm this historic locale. The first mining settlement here was founded by Huns in the 3rd century BC! A trivial bit of bruising and a couple of gently cleaved rhombs on the periphery are noted, but is certainly acceptable in the context of this old-timer. Calcite of this form is RARE from here.
