A very showy, and eye-catching, fine quality specimen of these now well-known pink manganese-bearing Calcites from Chenzhou. At one point these were fairly plentiful on the market, and now seemed to have dried up, like other Chinese staples that were on the market for several years. This full cabinet sized specimen not only has a beautiful light pink color, but the compressed, stacked trigonal crystals have formed in gorgeous "pagoda"-style groups to form a very attractive display specimen. Get these while you can becaus they won't last forever, and for the overall quality, this is a very good cabinet sized display piece of these very attractive Calcites.
