Item Description

A dramatically sculptural specimen of a striking spray of gemmy, amber dogtooth calcite crystals partially filling a fossilized mollusc shell. The mollucsc is Mercenaria Permagna and is from the Pleistocene Epoch (1.8 MY - 10,000 years BP). The piece displays beautifully from three sides. Ghostly white fluorescence.
