Item Description
This attractive and eye-catching specimen was formed when gemmy Calcite crystals grew in the natural opening of a fossil clamshell. The result is a beautiful group of golden scalenohedral crystals measuring up to 1.0 cm that are nearly WATER CLEAR in areas. Not many fine crystallized specimens come from Florida, and these are certainly distinctive and fun for collectors.
