A wonderful old classic specimen from Příbram that comes with a classic label from Josef Vajdák / Pequa Rare Minerals, which immediately increases the value. Joe's label states, "18TH CENTURY SPECIMEN FROM THE CZECH NATIONAL MUSEUM (1774)". An old label from the Museum Regni Bohemiae (National Museum {Prague}) along with another label from the Deutsches Staatsrealgymansium in Prague also accompany the piece This specimen reminds me of an old English classic from Cumbria, featuring a coverage of sharp, well-formed, lustrous, translucent white/colorless trigonal prisms measuring up to 1.1 cm on matrix. Most of the crystals are undamaged, though some of them have some contacts, so the piece is not completely pristine, but the fact that the piece is nearly 250 years old is what really matters.
