Item Description

Sprays of lustrous, tranlucent, multi-hued, pale brown dogtooth calcite crystals, to about 2.0 cm, richly and dramatically cover the undulating large matrix of pale blue fluorite cubes with yellow interiors. A very fine large older (1967) combination with only a trivial bit of bruising from the Bob Trimingham Collection. Purchased from Harry Sering. "Mr. Sering reports this specimen to be the finest calcite on blue fluorite he has seen." Modest purple fluorescence.
