Item Description

Translucent, colorless to creamy calcite prisms with unusual rounded terminations and frosted faces are beautifully accented with gem-clear, very light blue-gray, interpenetrating fluorite cubes to 1.2 on this aesthetic and excellent combination from this renowned fluorite mine. The large calcite is doubly terminated and is 2.8 cm long. Ex Bob Trimingham Collection. Formerly in the Scott Williams and Lindsay & Patricia Greenbank Collections, according to Bob's label. (Probably collected by the Greenbanks). Classic, excellent and unusual combination material from this famed locale. Bright blue and modest orange-red fluorescence.
