Item Description

Glassy, gem-like, colorless, complex calcite rhombs with stepped-growth faces are richly and dramatically clustered on the matrix covered with gem, golden-yellow fluorite cubes. The impresssive large rhombs reach 2.9 cm on this very showy and rich two-sided piece. Very interestingly, the rhombs on the back side have a different morphology and are smaller - they are flattened nailhead-style rhombs with satin luster faces. Modest pink calcite and yellow fluorite fluorescence. An aesthetic, essentially pristine and sculptural large combination from this famous Asturias mine.
