An outstanding and aesthetic small cabinet calcite and malachite specimen from Tsumeb. Glassy, transparent, light straw-yellow to colorless calcite rhombs, to 1.5 cm, are beautifully strewn across the mouned matrix coated with starkly contrasting sprays of primary malachite needles. Many of the rhombs near the bottom have malachite included in them. Tsumeb, like Dal'negorsk is renowned for calcite quality and diversity and this is an exceptional combination example. Bright pink SW calcite fluorescence. Valued at $2500 and well worth it.
