This famous Mexican silver mine has produced outstanding calcite specimens and this is a fine example. The very sharp and pristine light tan dogtooth crystal is lustrous and translucent and has very nifty, dense stepped-growth faces, that adds much character. This mine has been closed since 2012 and quality specimens are now very scarce. Neon-orange fluorescence. Get a good one, when you can. Better in person.
