Item Description

Blocky, intergown, highly lustrous, transparent, calcite rhombs are amber-brownish to colorless. Most crystal faces are frosted, but some are water-clear. Preferential coatings of sparkly, marcasite microcrystals are a super accent to this showy and excellent piece, that has many fine display views. The two lightly contacted edges are generally out-of-sight and are certainly not a detraction. Classic and uncommon material in this form from this noted locale. Most calcites you see are twins.
