Item Description

A sculptural, two-sided, intergrown cluster of calcite crystals from the famous mines at Charcas. The five sharp, glassy, translucent, hexagonal prisms are mostly colorless, BUT four of the five white terminations are dramatically accented by nifty triangular features! Complete all-around and esentially pristine. It is very difficult to see the contacting on one side and end, with no damage, per se. Excellent and unusual Charcas calcite from the Cynthia Payne Calcite Collection.
