Item Description
A large, thick, sharp, lustrous, GEM/gemmy, colorless (with a slight reddish hue from iron oxide) crystal of the famous Bigrigg Calcites. The piece is not 100% perfect, but it's in good shape overall. The top of the crystal is nearly completely WATER CLEAR, though it is contacted. These specimens are hard to find on the market now, and certainly worth picking up if you collect Calcites or specifically English Calcites. Valued at $800.
