Item Description
Gemmy and lustrous calcite scalenohedrons are aesthetically set on the calcite matrix crust on this showy and excellent specimen from the famous Elmwood Mine. The beautiful, classic, golden-amber, 5.0 cm, crystal is doubly terminated and twinned. The large calcite, at 6.0 cm, is also doubly terminated and twinned. In great shape, overall, with only gentle bruising to the tip of the amber calcite. Older material from the Consie Prince Collection.
