A gem, flattened nailhead spar calcite crystal is aesthetically attached to a bit of matrix on this beautiful and classic old-timer from the famous iron mines at Cumbria. The complex facet-like termination is a joy to behold. Complete all-around and nearly pristine, with only a tiny bruise at the tip, which is certainly only a modest detraction to this very fine miniature. Valued at $800-1000.
