Item Description

A fantastic old-time Calcite crystal from the famous Bigrigg Mine in Cumbria (Cumberland), England. The piece is a wonderful, GEM QUALITY, single prism with glassy faces and a wonderful termination. Small imperfections can be seen, so the piece is not completely pristine, but still an excellent overall piece of these classic Calcites, that are not easy to find in thumbnails by the way.
