Item Description

A 6.5 cm, hexagonal, lustrous and translucent, light amber nailhead spar calcite crystal dominates this showy and excellent combination from the famous Sweetwater Mine. The smaller calcites and mounded matrix of nodules of sharp, golden chalcopyrite crystals are a fine compliment to this sculptural piece, that has multiple display views. Ex Dr. Gary Hansen dealer stock and dates to the 1970s or early 80s. Classic material.
