A beautiful association specimen of the classic raidal Calcites from the Boldut Mine. The piece hosts attractive, gemmy soft orange to tan colored spherical aggregates of Calcite measuring up to 1.7 cm acorss sitting on or mixed with waxy rhombs of dark chocolate brown Siderite The piece is not only damage free, but actually show minute skeletal crystallization that can be seen best under a loupe. You just don't see this material on the market these days from Boldut on the market, and if you collect Romanian minerals, or worldwide Calcites or just carbonates, don't miss out on this one.
