Item Description

A visually impressive combination specimen from this obscure small Arizona locale, that produced ore from 1877-1920. Drape-like folds of lustrous, extremely flattened, calcite rhombs cascade down the front of the 3-dimensional gossan matrix. Gorgeous, turquoise-blue, rosasite botryoids beautifully accentuate the front of the piece. The vuggy back of the piece is peppered with rosasite botryoids. Self-collected by well-known Tucson collector Harold Urish in September, 1993.
