Item Description
The Cavnic Mine has produced several dozen mineral species and many aesthetic specimens and this one is no exception! It is comprised of a pair of scintillating, creamy tan Calcite spheres, one measuring two inches across, that is absolutely perfect, the other one and a half inches across. The spheres just glisten with any incident light and are associated with smaller tan Calcite crystals at the base and on the back. The Calcite pair is accompanied by a one-and-a-quarter inch tall, stout, glassy, milky white Quartz crystal off to one side. The specimen is perfectly trimmed out and well balanced with respect to both composition and texture. A gorgeous cabinet piece from Cavnic.
