Item Description

A really cute and aesthetic combination specimen from the quarries at Lockport, New York. Lustrous, translucent, amber calcite scalenohedrons to 2.0 cm project outward in all directions from the matrix plate covered with sparkly, glassy, dolomite rhombs. A visually impressive and nearly pristine, 360-degree piece, with only one gently bruised calcite tip. Ex Schlichter Collection.
