Item Description

This is a parallel grouping of more than a dozen scalenohedral Calcite crystals, from the historic iron mines of England. The translucent white crystals range in size from 1 to 6 cm in length and have a good vitreous to satin luster. The larger ones on this well composed piece are doubly terminated and in excellent condition with minor contacting on the bottom of the piece that includes the area beneath the smaller ones.
