An attractive group of sharp, stacked / layered, pearly white to beige colored translucent / opaque modified rhombic crystals of Calcite up to 2.5 mm to create great this eye-catching small cabinet display specimen. Some of the crystals show interesting twins on the side, and for the most part, the piece is virtually undamaged, with only a few tiny nicks here and there. A wonderful example of this now hard to find material from this famous mining district. Very interesting to view up close. Valued at $500.
