A beautiful display specimen from Charcas featuring very gemmy, slightly smoky to white colored, compressed modified rhombohedral crystals of Calcite measuring up to 2.8 cm on matrix. The piece is in fairly good shape overall, with a few contacts here and there, but please note that the back is contacted where the piece was removed from the pocket wall. Calcites of this quality from Charcas are not often seen on the market these days. Priced at $650.
