Item Description

Lustrous, transparent to translucent, iron oxide-tinted calcite scalenohedrons form a very showy and aeshetic two-sided specimen from this famous locale. The impresssive, dominated crystal is 4.7 cm and is doubly terminated. Most of the crystal faces are lightly frosted, but a few are glass-clear, adding pizzazz to this excellent and pristine specimen. Classic Augaize calcite.
