PLEASE NOTE: Due to the size and weight of this specimen, it will require an additional shipping charge. A robust, 6.4 cm, sharp, rhombic Calcite crystal group with a beautiful orange color (caused by iron-oxide coating) siting inside of a crytal-lined vug of basalt. The Calcite is just gorgeous, and rarely does one see Calcites with this kind of color from India. A great pickup for anybody who likes big colorful display pieces. No real damage to speak of, save one tiny area where the Calcite was contacted when the vug was opened.
