Item Description

An attractive and classic small cabinet sized specimen featuring very sharp, lustrous, translucent pale golden crystals of Calcite forming somewhat of a "nest" or "lattice" on matrix. The piece is good quality for a Tsumeb Calcite, and just looks different than the majority of specimens from this mine that we're used to seeing. Tsumeb specimens are becoming harder to find on the market, and this piece is a great representative specimen of this attractive and well known material.
