Item Description

An aesthetic and three-dimensional display specimen of multi-generational Calcite from Leiping. The outermost crystals have a silvery-grey and yellow color which are scalenohedral in form and have overgrown pinkish scalenohedral underlain Calcites. It's very attractive in person. The largest crystal measures 1.6 cm across and the piece is in great shape overall. It's a showy piece and one of the few I have seen like it. Worthwhile for any Calcite collector due to the unusual nature of the crystals or a good pickup for a Chinese mineral collector. Don't miss out, these are rare and really pretty in my mind.
