Item Description
Four, aesthetically intergrown, gemmy, beautiful, sharp, blocky tabular, rich dark amber calcite rhombs from the 2009 Chinese find. This cutie looks great from either side. These caused quite a stir at the 2009 Munich Show and the 2010 Tucson Show. The crystals are very glassy and limpid. The crystals on the primary side are nearly pristine, with only gentle scuffing. A bit more bruising is noted on the reverse side, but is certainly only a modest detracton. An excellent and above average two-sided cluster from this find, where the locality in Hubei Province was not divulged for some time.
