Item Description
Beautiful, sharp, blocky, rich dark amber calcite rhombs attached to a bit of matrix from the 2009 Chinese find. These caused quite a stir at the 2009 Munich Show and the 2010 Tucson Show. The crystals are very glassy and limpid. The large rhomb is essentially pristine and the small rhomb has only a small contact bruise. An excellent specimen of this find, where the locality in Hubei Province was not divulged for some time. No more have been forthcoming.
