Item Description
A classic Calcite specimen from Dalnegorsk, which is well-known for producing a wide variety of habits, colors and styles of Calcite. This showy large miniature / small cabinet sized piece hosts a predominant, very gemmy, colorless, compressed rhomb of Calcite beautifully perched atop a bit of matrix. A small amount of edge wear is present, but the piece is largely in great condition. The interior of Calcite has a very alluring almost "silky" quality.
