Bustamite is one of the principal manganese silicate ore minerals at Broken Hill. Rounded, partially translucent, pinkish-tan crystals to 4.0 cm attractively fill the sculptural vug in galena and sphalerite matrix on this showy and excellent combination old-timer from the ZC Mine.
