Brucite (superb color)

The Brucites from the recent finds in Balochistan are some of the most colorful examples of the species extant, and the fact that they have an incredibly rare YELLOW color, makes them all the more enticing. This particular hue of yellow is not terribly common in the mineral world. This small cabinet specimen is a great display piece of this beautiful material. Attractive, lustrous, translucent, intense yellow colored groups of Brucite sit atop very minor matrix. The saturation of the color is about a strong as it gets for this material, much stronger than many others on the market. The alluring color, combined with the noteworthy gemminess, and flowing form of the Brucites make this a wonderful example of this unique material. There seem to be less and less specimens on the market recently, and typically these kind of discoveries don't produce a great number of specimens, so if you want one, don't miss out while they're available.
