Item Description
These Brucites are some of the most exciting new finds from any world locality in recent years. The combination of the fine quality, gemmy crystals with the very rare electric yellow color has made them quite popular among collectors. This large cabinet display specimen features very attractive rounded, lustrous, translucent, yellow to almost white colored crystals groups with a tiny bit of attached matrix. As I mentioned, this is a rare color for Brucite, and with the good internal gemminess / translucency when backlit, it's a good example of the material. Originally, these were thought to be from Kharan, but we had a source tell us they're actually from Killa Saifullah District, so it's possible that the Brucites were brought to market in Kharan and errantly thought to be from there. Nonetheless, these are very attractive and worthwhile to add to your collection since there seems to be a limited amount on the market and typically these kind of discoveries don't produce a lot of material, so get them while you can. Priced at $1,500 in the inventory.
