Item Description

Brucite is one of those minerals that has been found in many world localities, but typically in muted colors. This piece is a big showy example of the fairly new and incredibly attractive yellow Brucite from Pakistan. One day these Brucites just showed up out of nowhere, and completely shocked mineral collectors for their fantastic intense yellow hue. Without a doubt, they are among the most colorful examples of the species ever found. There is no other world locality that has produced such amazing lemon yellow color. This specimen features attractive, lustrous, translucent, rich yellow colored groups of Brucite with attached matrix. The fantastic color combined with the internal gemminess and wonderful radial form makes the piece highly desirable and eye-catching. Although there were many of these pieces on the market a few years ago, there seems to be less of them out there recently. Typically these kind of discoveries produce a limited number of pieces so don't miss out on picking up one if you want one.
