Brookite & Quartz (old classic locale)

Item Description

Numerous, sharp, paper thin brookite crystals and crystal sections are richly and aesthetically embedded on the front of the dramatically sculptural, 3-dimensional, 360-degree quartz with a multitude of terminations from the Dodo Mine of Russia. The very glassy, lustrous, transparent blades have striated faces and fine brown color. The prisms are up to 1.4 cm long. More brookites are noted on other faces of the striking, multiply terminated, gemmy and lustrous quartz points. These were collected in the 1980s and 1990s.
