Brookite (ex Obodda)

This particular specimen features an undamaged, 7 mm, good quality, sharp, lustrous, Brookite crystal with Quartz aesthetically sitting on matrix. Matrix Brookite specimens are exceedingly difficult to obtain because the crystals don't stay on the matrix during collecting underground. This a wonderful specimen of a species that is not often seen in fine quality crystals like this, especially on matrix. Please note that the crystal is reinforced on this piece, perhaps in Pakistan, in order to keep it from detaching from the matrix. Ex Herb Obodda dealer stock.
