Sharp, pseudohexagonal brookite crystals to 6 mm are aesthetically scattered on matrix on this showy and excellent specimen from a classic Arkansas locale - Magnet Cove. The black brookites have mirror-bright, peacock-blue iridescence. These striking, isolated crystals have uncommon sharpness and iridescence for the locale. Very fine older material. Ex Belmont Abbey College and Smithsonian Collections. Comes with two more labels.
