Brochantite, Cu-sulfate, is very rare from famed Tsumeb and is rare in combination with calcite. Acicular needles and needle plates of gemmy to translucent rich emerald-green brochantite richly covers the undulating matrix covered with starkly contrasting glassy, translucent calcite rhombs. Some rhombs enclose brochantite needles, adding pizzazz. Combination specimens of this richness and quality are RARE. Choice material from the Jeffrey Wagner and Shields Flynn Collections.
