Mineral specimens of ANY type are extremely rare from this most obscure Nevada locality. There are no photos in the MINDAT locality page and Brochantite is not listed as a known species, although Gypsum is. Scintillating sprays of tiny gemmy emerald-green acicular brochantite crystals with tiny glassy gypsum crystals are festooned on the front of this most colorful, very rich and RARE large two-sided rib. The impresssive back is totally covered with darker green, matte tiny acicular botryoids and crusts of brochantite. Rare, perhaps UNIQUE two-generation brochantite combination material from this locale. A MUST for the species or Nevada collector.
