Item Description
A very attractive specimen from this famous locality filled with superb, velvety, rather lustrous, intense emerald green colored acicular radiating groups of Brochantite on matrix. The crystals are obviously eye-catching when the piece is held in the hand, but they are just as attractive when viewed under magnification. The piece dates back to a discovery in 1988. These Brochantites are some of the finest quality examples of the species ever found. From the collection of Wouter van Tichelen, and from the dealer stock of Brian Kosnar. Valued $1200.
