This is a great thumbnail specimen featuring a doubly-termianted, beautiful, lustrous, gemmy, classic yellow green color crystal of Brazilianite from the type locality - which produced the finest crystals of the species extant. This one is definitely an OLD crystal, from the early finds in the mid 20th century. The quality is good on this piece as the faces are smooth, the gemminess is certainly above average, and that classic color is unmistakable. The side of the crystal is not 100% complete, but it's mostly rehealed, and still a very good quality and eye-catching Brazilianite thumbnail. Valued at $1000 based upon the quality, color, size and the fact that it's old material along with being a doubly-terminated crystal.
